lol what's wrong is the PSU crappy or something? I really don't know what I'm doing.

If you can turn a scewdriver and/or insert a DVD, save yourself the buyer's remorse and build it yourself.

Use these nominated builds as a guide:

OK since I'm obviously new to PC's can you or anyone else build me one on a website or something with a budget of $650. Please include the Operating System Windows 7 64-bit. This is going to be used for gaming. Preferably Intel and Nvidia

i know this is budget buy you gave him a old mobo and a good brand but not a lot of watts psu and plus a r9 270 for around the same price would do better

I gave him what he wanted, Intel/Nvidia. CPU +GPU only have combined about 125W max TDP. 300W plenty.

OK I have a question about this PC.http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/budget-gaming-pc,3854-14.html
In the benchmarks it mentions overclocking, and then it mentions an overclocked Q1 2014 PC. Is that just a different PC?

It must have been the 4th one this afternoon. I literally almost puked when I saw this one.
