Laptop - Hp pavilion dv6
Windows 7 home premium 64 gb
Router - Cisco router and modem wpa2-personal security
model number - DPC3925
Laptop will say its connected, task bar icon has full bars and no yellow triangle with exclamation point that would indicate a problem. When i launch the browser (chrome) it will come up with "cannot connect to server" or something. Sometime it will load the homepage but then its very slow compared to the connection my desktop gets that's connected by lan. Have tried resetting DNS server, re adding wireless connection to my laptop. Laptop will connect by lan by connection is very slow again. Desktop, xbox, ipad, ps3, smart TV, all connect just fine to the internet.
