Hello, I just built my first Gaming rig last night and it was time consuming but I'm happy everything is connected properly.

Now I noticed that the edges are glitching out and it's causing me a lot of concern. The drivers are up to date and I rebooted.

Here is what is happening. Sorry for it being a camera, Screenshots aren't doing it justice and I don't have time to get a desktop capturing software.

I'm VERY afraid its a faulty GPU and it goes away for a bit after I reboot.

Another factor is, Theres a VGA monitor with a DVI Adapter on it.

Thank you VERY much for your help.

Un-install the drivers for your GPU. See if it still happens. If so, it's probably a cable issue. If not, try re-seating the GPU again. Not sure if that'll help, but you can try it. And if that doesn't help, it's probably faulty GPU.
