I play a small bit of mobas (I have a mouse for that I don't need marcos but they would be nice) oh and I don't have the biggest hands and I think I'm a palm grip maybe a little grip too
most games I play are fps I was looking at the razer deathadder 2013 but I heard someones thumb was touching the mouse pad so now I'm thinking about getting the roccat kone xtd but people are saying its a big mouse

The mouse is bigger than your average mouse that you see people get when they buy a pre-built computer, but it's not so much bigger. The bottom of your thumb and pinky will still likely touch the table or mouse pad. You can grip it with your thumb to prevent your thumb from touching the table or mouse pad, but that uses up quite the energy.

The Roccat XTD is a good mouse. It is quite a bit heavier than the Razer Deathadder. It's not as smooth and doesn't glide as easily across the mat. It's also a bit bulkier than the Deathadder so if your hand is big, it will help you.

So depends on your hand size, your grip preference, and how you use your mouse, it can affect whether the Roccat Kone XTD or the Razer Deathadder works better for you. It's hard for me to answer that question.
