So the 9590 is on sale at newegg for 259. the questions i have are these

1. is it worth it at this price

2. is it still worth buying an fx series in 2014 ( i am buying it and the board now and the rest in september)

Solution
Its a quality board, but expensive. That and the Sabertooth Z97s are the highest price I would recommend. With the money saved though you can get a nice SSD, better GPU, etc.
No.
The 6300 and 8320 some good options for budget builds, but the 9xxx series is thermal garbage that can hardly be considered stable.

If you want performance get the i5 4690k and a good Z97 board such as the ASUS Z97-A. AMD simply cant keep up with it.

i completley agree you want to know what 9590 is for real do ya.. well its a 8350 just overclocked to 5ghz and needs YOU to buy it some water cooling no air cooler is gonna cool that. just get a 8320 with good cooler if on budget or a i5 4590 or 4690k if you want performance and speed. simple a good mobo is the fatality z97 killer sexy to
