Hello! My friend is interested in building a computer for 800 bucks, this needs to include and OS, I would like to have an intel CPU and a Nividia GPU. He wants this mainly to play unity with me when it comes out. I have a system selected but its over his budget, so I'm looking for help on where I can save money!

I'm trying to convince him to save up a little more money since unity doesn't come out for awhile and get even a better rig! So I guess I am wondering if that build I listed would be a good 1000~ $ build?
-any input is welcome and wanted! Thanks!

Here you go. I removed the cooler. Since your friend can't overclock, the stock cooler might be fine. I also replaced the PSU that was higher quality and too highly rated for a case with an integrated PSU from Rosewill that supplies decent components.
