Looking for a setup to play BF4 on ultra

I need help picking the best GPU & CPU For this setup ? Am new at this

My budget for the GPU is £260 - 445.65 US Dollar

My budget for the CPU is £280 - 479.98 US Dollar

What is the best OS for gaming - Windows 7 or 8

My PC Setup so far

What will you be doing with the rig if gaming, go the 4670K and a GTX 780 (would go the Asus 780 CU model, have a pair of them and they are great cards), if more business/other uses go the 4770K and the Asus 770 CU GPU or 780....not sure what prices are at your location

I'm about to start a build using the 780, and I fully recommend it. I'll also be using the i7-4970k, but that's not neccesary at this point. I would use the 4670k with a z87 if you plan on overclocking, or if you're not going to overclock, drop the k and just get the 4670 with an h87, it'll save you a few dollars. But a GTX 780 with a 4670k should be plenty to run bf4 on ultra.
