r9 270x for this Motherboard

WIll i be able to fit an r9 270x to Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P motherboard. i have a 6670 right now and want to upgrade the gpu. Eventually i will buy an 8350 with a better motherboard from microcenter and will also upgrade from 4gb ram to 8. Another question is should i buy the Gpu first or buy the CPU and motheroard first

yes it will fit and work without much problem :) the slot is pci-e 2.0 and the card is a pci-e 3 but its backwards compatible. definately get the gpu first if the pc is for gaming. and if your wondering an fx8350 "might" work with this board if you upgrade your bios.

Thanks i will be buying another motherboard though when i get the 8350 since it comes bundles at a microcenter near me. RIght now i have an fx 6100 but idk if thats going to be a bottleneck
