I am trying to get a setup together because I intend of going Pro in CoD, but I need a monitor. I'm trying to find a monitor with 2ms if not 4 or 5, 75 hz, and 1920x1080. I can't find one like this. If you can find one near these specifications or better please tell me

hmm kinda agree with Alex, ips displays do indeed have better contrast however budget-options often suffer from white-bleed (absolutely hate that word)
regardless, this is a very nice ips with crazy contrast ratio http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umwh6aa002 , its got a very thin bezel and also has a glossy screen rather than a matte one, the glass makes colors a lot more vibrant as well if you manage the reflection on this

EDIT: this is what neweggers have to say for that display http://www.newegg.com/global/uk/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009484

I'll give you an advice, buy an IPS Monitor it's better and it has more relaxing colors.
It deserves it's money.
Now about your monitor try searching in your city/town shops and make sure it is an IPS monitor!

Response times and refresh rates are more important for pro gaming than nice colors. If we were talking about normal gaming, I'd agree.
