Proper temperatures? Or too much compound?

Hello all! I recently re-did the tubing on my watercooler, I applied Arctic Silver 5 to the cpu. Sadly, I did not understand that you could have too much thermal compound... So now I am wondering if I have to much compound or if something is wrong in my loop, or if by some chance, it's all in proper order. My processor is an AMD FX 9590 and my loop is running Mayhem's Pastel UV White.

As always, sorry for the poor grammar and all answers/suggestions appreciated.

Here's a picture of my temp. readings with HWMonitor (this is while the computer is idle, I did run Skyrim for a couple of minutes)

And here is my "test setup"

the idle are good but the load are getting in the 50 c with a weirg fan speed reading on the cpu i would recheck everything if you did not mismatch the input ot the cooler to the output one also haw many fan for the air flow in the case and where your cpu pump is plug and the cooling fan also .

Thanks mate, I believe I know what the problem is. I did, at one point, remove the waterblock from my cpu it was around an hour after I had installed the block, I did not clean the compound or apply new... Do you believe this could be the problem?
