No, you'll need at least an integrated GPU for your computer to work. The FX series is for people who are buying discrete GPU's. If you don't want to buy a GPU you should look at the AMD Ax series or intel CPUs.

Given your budget, I got rid of the fans and SSD and got a cheaper case. The PSU is much higher quality, RAM is the same speed but cheaper and I added a decent GPU.

Personally i'd get a cheap KB + mouse and put more money towards the initial build and buy better quality peripherals later, but thats up to you.
