Safe temps for gaming! need help urgently

helo friends ! my cpu phenom 2 x4 955 be and gpu sapphire vaporx r9 270x! when gaming tems are
cpu: idle: 35-37 - load : 52-59 degrees
gpu:idle:35 load:65-68
i have tested battlefield 4 ultra settings , wolfestain high settings , thief high settings . ! so is it normal or bad temps for gaming ! i have cpu cooler cm 412 slim but i didnt overclock! pls help i am very much worried !

for gpu if it gets above 80c than its time to start looking at lowering your settings. newer cards are made to go up to 105c before it will shut down the entire system. and the cpu seems normal to me also i get the same idle with i5 3570 that draws 77watts compared to your 125watts
