Would it be worth it to upgrade my processor?

So I inherited my mom's year old HP Envy Touchpad Sleekbook and I was hoping it would be better for gaming than my old laptop, which it hasn't turned out to be. It's product number is:C6N88UA#ABA HP ENVY 4-1105dx NB PC US and it's processor is an intel core i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80 GHz. It has Intel HD Graphics 4000 but I know I can't upgrade that. So I've been asking around about if I can replace the processor on it and someone on the internet (Not from HP) told me that I could possibly replace the processor, but it would be very hard if possible. They had a list of compatible processors and this one seemed to be the best:
Processors Intel® Core™ i5-3337U 1.8 GHz processor SC turbo up to 2.7 GHz (3-MB cache, dual core 17 W) My question is that if I upgrade to that processor, will my games be significantly smoother? (I don't play very demanding games- Goat simulator, Minecraft, and Sims 3 mostly). I know that the intel integrated graphics are bad and that they'll be pulling the laptop down significantly as well. Oh yeah, I do have 4 GB of RAM.
