My processor is 3.00ghz 2gb ram and my display graphics are great
I tried every solution from internet nothing is working tryed on compatible mode disabled windows error recovery etc: please help me

What happens when you try launching it? Blank screen? Error message?

No error or blank screen nothing just on the cursor it shows loading that's all no response

The mouse cursor shows 'busy/loading' sign?

Did you try to re-install the game? Can you state your PC specs? I need the make and model of your CPU, GPU..etc.
Is the game a physical copy or did you download it from origin?

Yes I reinstalled it many times
Yeah I downloaded it from pirate bay FIFA 13 nosteam
By the way PC specs,,,model of my CPU GPU etc where can I find I donno

How do you think it works if you downloaded it illegally?
