I need help for buying a new PSU,CPU. Any help would be great:) 500 to 700 US dollars is my budget.

Solution
Prob the 8320 or 8350 for the CPU, PSU, I'd look at a 600, which down the road will carry most any GPU, look at SeaSonic, XFX, EVGA or the like

Am having problems with arma2 and three with Fps, and my bulid is that still good for games today?

Your CPU is the only thing that is lacking really. I would upgrade that.

Your PSU needs to be changed ASAP. That coolmax unit is trash and a time-bomb waiting to blow up your computer.

Your screen is more than 1080p, so this doesn't help either. If you have a 7950 you will need a GPU upgrade to max games at the resolution in addition to the CPU upgrade.

Sort of a tossup, can go CPU/mobo/PSU or PSU/GPU - possible to even get by with just GPU, the Coolmax isn't a great PSU but still should be plenty right up through a 780 (which you have the budget for) then could put the rest away towards mobo, CPU in the future - I'd look at the Asus 780 CU, great cards
