Hello, I am currently looking for a custom computer i have a monitor mouse and speakers
i am going to use the for 3d programs video editing and some gaming like gta V when released
My budget is around 1300 i would like quality parts not cheap parts. I would like it to have CD DVD 2 TB and an SSD for the OS (win 8) i also would like it to have a NZXT case

Asus mobo added if you may consider it. Otherwise Gigabyte Gaming series 5 mobo is recommended. Rest is your choice
PSU is changed to 650W 80+Gold. You don't need 750W for this build

Also note, the i7 4790k is clocked 4 GHz at stock, therefore no need for overclocking/aftermarket CPU cooler

Will the NZXT 410 work with this build and also what do you recommend for a wifi card

Possibly, but a full tower case will have more room.

Wifi card, I'd just go for the cheapest one that supports your wifi (that's usually b, g or n)

Is it not better to recommend i7 4790 non-k if there is no need for overclocking! Or even the better Xeon based CPU and save some bucks to the OP :)
