Hi i am wondering which graphics card of these 3 is the better.

MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

or

Geforce Nvidia 560 ti

geforce gtx 750 ti

and what would be a good processor motherboard ram etc. that would work good with it to get me playing battlefield 4 at the highest setting possible "highest the the parts would get me not necessarily the highet there is." for $400-$420. I am looking for the best parts possible @ my budget. =).
