i3 4130 - 4gb ram w/ Gtx 760 or i5 4570 - 8gb ram w/ Gtx 750 ti?

Just as the title says, which one do you guys think i should buy?

If you can pull off then i5 4570, 2x4GB RAM, GTX 760/R9 270x. Don't go for i3 if you are buying for gaming.

I have a pretty limited budget :

650 bucks, its got to be small itx and capable enough for gaming at 1080p.

edit: no need to add a hard drive, keyboard, mouse, monitor or OS.

only newegg if possible :)
