Alrighty, so I recently bought a Geforce650 graphics card, when I installed it on my pc it did nothing, it just trapped me in the press esc for start up. That was a week ago, I did some looking around and boom my power supply was too low, it was a 250w and I needed a 400w minimum..sooo I bought (yey more money for parts) 650w EVEA power supply, I installed it and then started my PC without the devil sent GPU and it worked! now I installed the GPU again WITH the new PSU and same thing. Press esc on start up menu... so my question is...what ELSE might be wrong... sorry if I sound pissed...because I am... sorry. Anyways, my motherboard is a PEGATRON CORPORATION 2AC2 model, My processor is an Intel core i3 2120 and my power supply is a Nexus EVEA 650w gold 80 rated. Sorry if my computer vocab. is lacking, i`m new to the upgrading scene you see. Anyways, hopefully I resolve this soon with you guys`help of course. Cheers.

Solution
Remove the battery of the motherboard, then remove the CMOS jumper that's usually located near the battery. If you don't have any idea what that is, just do a quick google search. Put them both back and try turning it on again.

Thanks. Now do you want me to run it again with the new GPU after doing what you asked? If yes then I might have to re install the GPU because i`ve removed it and then maybe do the jumper and CMO`s afterward. Is that right? or should I just do the CMO`s and jumper and then install the GPU.

No, leave your GPU in while doing this. This just sets your bios back to default settings. It's worked a number of times for me when I changed hardware. After you put the battery and the jumper back in, turn on your computer and boot into the bios. You might have to turn off intel integrated graphics from inside the bios. Most motherboards already turn it off if a GPU is plugged in so don't bother with it just yet. Try to get it to boot into windows.

You`re awesome! I`ll try doing that and will report back in a bit if it works. Thanks a lot.

I did some research and found out that newer HP motherboards use this secure boot feature. Check this link out maybe it can help you if all else fails. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03653200&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en
