I have a msi z97 gaming 7 and a corsair h100i . I have my i7 4790k @ 4.7ghz using 1.22v in my bios and 1.232v in cpu-z I ran aida64 stability test for 2 hours and my max temperature hit 80c are these results ok ? and is 80c a little hot for a i7 4790k @ 4.7ghz using 1.22v in bios and 1.232v in cpu-z ? or is that temperature good ?
are these i7 4790k overclocking resaults ok ?

They are OK.
See others eg http://techreport.com/review/26683/overclocking-the-core-i7-4790k/2 - they only get 4.7 but at much higher Vcore.
So looks like you've won the cpu lottery.
Trust bios/uefi readings over everything else.

With 1.22v 80C seems to be on higher side.

this is my setting on air
I have 212 Evo + 4790K ... this is what i notice
your Vcore is what driving the temp. my OC to 4.4 only ( AsRock auto tune on advance setting only)
V = 1.176 = 30-34 C degree - Idle
V = 1.225 = 62-75 C .. but once i a while will go to 81C ( full load AIDA , OCCT , HyperPI stress test)
when i have my
V=1.09 temp only 25C (idle)
V = 1.25 ... the temp shot up to 90 .. average be 68-81 (full load)
i hope this help on figure out your temp.
so your is 1.23 and 80C then it just like my air cooler ... i would expect maybe 5-8 degree cooler for water Corsair h100i
80C is not hot for full load stress test ... it on the warmer side .. hehehehe
but every day use i bet you won't go over 70 and that about 60% load
most everyday stuff run is about 15-40% load only

hmm i havent been over 70c with my i 7 4790k always hovers between 60-65c at 4.7mhz with p95 for 2 hours got it for about a week now so stil testing after i got some basic knowledge about what it can handle il switch to aida up till now ive gone to 4.8 with max temps of 80 stable 75-76 voltage set on adaptive with max adaptive at 1.260 rarely has gone above 1.300 nearly never average is 1.180 ussing air colled tower from 6 years ago 3 fans coolermaster 412 one 120 mm side fan and one 80mm rear with assus maximus hero vii
