So I'm dealing with an ongoing problem. Initial problem was a constant POST cycle which was caused by a wireless PCI card. That cycle also caused Windows 8.1 pro and my SSD boot drive to become corrupted. In the process of figuring this out I essentially got a brand new computer due to RMA's from manufacturers. The only exceptions now are my PSU and Processor (4770k less than 6 m/o).
After fixing the POST cycle issue and buying a 840 evo 250 gig SSD, doing a fresh install of 8.1 pro and updating drivers and utilities my display has randomly started refreshing and causing the system to freeze and force a hard restart. After shutting down and restarting, Windows sometimes fails to load. The same thing happened after I initially replaced the wireless PCI card. I have literally done everything I know to do to diagnose and fix the issue. This has been a 5 week ordeal. Any ideas on where/what the problem could be or solutions would be appreciated.
Again this is all new parts with up to date drivers and the like. What do?

SSD: SAMSUNG evo 840 250 gig SATA III
HD: WDC WD 10EZEX 1TB
