Unless you purchased a fire extinguisher in a bundle with this PSU, do not use it, at least if you like your other components like CPU, GPU and motherboard. This is the best advice I can give at the moment, sir.

The most optimal of "cheap" PSU's for non-gaming would be Corsair CX series, 500W.

Cheap and quality usually don't go together, but this is the cheapest "quality" PSU I could find for your setup (provided that you don't intend to add a powerful discrete graphics card later):

This PC is for a friend daughter, she no have much money and she daughter need a PC do some work for school... excel, words, etc... i try to make a budget pc for her... i build one for my mom with same specs and works well i dont ask if the PSU is good or not because my mom PC is working very good with same PSU and same Hardware.. but you guys tell me for do not buy that PSU now iam afraid to buy it and afraid with my mom PC... When install PSU 1Life looks good and is litle heavy...
