In my old OS, I use "Shift+Alt" to switch language,
but in my new OS (Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evalution) I can only switch language with "Shift".
No matter how I configure the "Avanced Key Setting", it won't change
Also, I cannot directly open the "properties" of the input method by right clicking on the language bar, there're so many bugs that I have no idea what to do and the "Shift" problem really annoy me when gaming.
