Some questions about Sabertooth 990fx r2.0

Hi,
I buy new board,Sabertooth 990fx r2.0,and now i have some questions :)
1)I have Chiftec power(500W),but he have only 4 pin for CPU,board have 8pin,Can i run FX 8320,whit stock cooler,and no OC?I don't have good GPU,no requires extra power

2)Do I need to flash BIOS to last version for FX 8320?I think board have 1309 bios chip

3)I read on this forum,Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 i have problem whit CPU red light,thats true? :( :( I give 140euro for thats board,and i now found this bug :(

4)Stock cooler for FX 8320 have 3pins,or 4pins connector?Because this board dont work whit 3 pins(i think)

-You need an 8 pin power connector for the motherboard, you can probably buy a adapter plug for this online if you don't have one.
-you don't need to flash it for a fx 8320 to work in it, But I recommend you do flash it to the latest firmware. this board lets you do in in a few ways too (see your handbook)
-red light with CPU? If it fits (AM2 or AM3) you should not have any problems.
- This board will work with 3 or 4 pins cpu pins if I remember correctly.
