Upgrade Suggestions/Changes for around the same price

The total price on newegg for my upgrade is $775. I'd like for you to suggest any parts that would be good to change. Keep in mind this is an upgrade. My current parts are AMD FX 6300, Raedon 7790, Corsair CX430W, Some $15 Logitech headset and a Logitech K120 keyboard.

This is my upgrade list: AMD FX 8320, EVGA SuperClocked GTX 770 2GB, CORSAIR HX750 750W, Samsung 430 EVO 250GB SSD, Tt eSPORTS POSEIDON Z keyboard and a Logitech G430 headset.

...Do you have any suggestions for changes?

Radeon 290 4GB the price is a bit more than gtx 770
Drop the PSU to Seasonic 620W or xfx 650W

The PSU is because I want modular, I'm not good at cable management believe me. Also I see that you're a fan of AMD. So are you saying R290 because of fanboy or because of performance and difference in the cooling? Also with the R9 290 please suggest a specific retailer that you recommend like ASUS or MSI

AMD drop their price on most card, while there is none from NVIDIA yet
Radeon 290 4GB which is supposed to compete with gtx 780, is now priced close to gtx 770
