Is this Build Good for Gaming??

Solution
It's a good build, just pair it with a 500W+ PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2 and P2 units only), or Corsair (AX, TX, and HX unit only) and you're good to go. As far as cases go, I like Corsair, but it's really up to your personal preference.

I wouldn't put an fx 8350 on that motherboard

Because of the fx 8350's high voltage and power usage it maybe a bit too much for that boards vrm's to handle and it may overheat to a point where it will start to throttle that chip down hence decrease performance

Yes, that's a much better board

even the gigabyte 970a-ud3p would work fine because of it's 8+2 power phases, excellent board for any budget build

Power phases isn't the only important factor. Stuff like the MOSFET is also important, but that's more for overclocking.
