i have an hd5750 that has only vga - dvi and hdmi output and a geforce 8400gs that has vga and s-video output...
my mother board has 2 pcie x16 so putting both cards in my pc is possible so what i want to do and i don't know if it is possible
is using my 5750 as my main gaming card but the signal of my 5750 goes through my 8400gs's s-video port to my old crt tv as an example
lets say i launch max payne 2 { cuz it has a card selector} and select my hd5750 so what is logical is that the video signal will be transmitted through my hd5750 ports but what i want is that the game processing is done on my hd5750 and the video signal to be transmitted through the 8400gs's s'video ports is it possible thanks in advance my tv has component in also at 480i

You can as long as your TV also has Red green and blue component inputs. If it only has 1 (usualy a yellow one, maybe accompanied by a red and black one) it won't work. If your TV does have the red green and blue, note that your audio will not be transmitted over these cables, so you'll also need a separate audio cable.

thank you all for your answers
i think for dvi-i to component to work in my card my card has to be manfactured with the ability to output YPBPR signal through the dvi port older ati cards like hd3000 seires has this ability but i dont know if my card hd 5750 supports it
