windows7 setup problem

i have a problem with a win7ult 32bit setup on old PC i have that one on USB and it reads it and all is good but the setup wont start it brings me to that blue wallpaper which is on win7 instalation but i cant do anything with it no installation or anything what is the problem? i even tried disc cd-rom maybe its slowing it or something but still no progress the usb boot is on NTFS and i formated it before i used it does anyone had same problem?

Post your build - every component by make and model.

Or is it a pre-built pc?

i really dont know exact specs that is my old PC that i want to make work for my parants its a biostar mobo gt8500 asus gpu and 4000+ amd processor with 2gb of ram it worked well then i wanted the PSU for some reason i took it apart from PC then when i apllied it back again it wont start windows im trying to insall new one but no result

Sounds like it's too old for Windows 7. What model Biostar mobo?

It's not going to work too well with just 2gb ram

nah i had win7 on it before its ok PC it can handle win7 just its anoying it said that there is no entry or bot path i dont know how it read setup and i tryied to install but when i click install nothing heapends but when i pressed windows repair it worked i dont know what is the problem im gonna demolish it

Does it meet the windows 7 requirements as I posted?

Why did you remove Windows 7 from it?

What sequence have you gone through to do the installation?

Are you using a fresh legit copy of Windows?

yes i think that i might figure out the problem i forgot to power up HDD hahahahahahahahhaahahaha god damn it how stupid i am hahahahaha ill let you know if everything works now,,, shit ahaha
