Hi everyone,
I'm going to upgrqde my GPU. My current motherboard is gigabyte h61 S2. Will this support hd 7770 and corsair vs 550 psu?

Plz help me

Of course it will. Like almost every single GPU out there, HD7770 needs PCI-E slot, and your motherboard has it. Any ATX compatible PSU will also fit unless you have a very small case or non-standard case like those made for HTPCs (if you have tower case, it will fit).

Also frnds will i3 3220 will be good for gaming and will it support my gigabyte H61M S2 mobo? I like Fx 4300 as it is cheap and 4 cores. My GPU will be HD 7000. If I take Fx 4300 will it support my current Mobo?

Just check if your new cpu have Socket LGA1155
It can be: Intel Core i7 2хxx, Core i5 2хxx, Core i3-2хxx, Pentium 6xx/8xx (Sandy Bridge)...
You can check fresh cpu list here
Note: Fx 4300 is Socket AM3+ and will not fit your mobo.

P.S. i3 3220 will be normal for games.

Thx everyone I finally selected the configuration.
Amd fx4300.
Asus M5A 78.
Sapphire hd 7770 1 gb gddr5.
8 transcend ram (I selected transcend bcoz I already have 4gb ram).
Corsair vs 550 psu.

How's it for entry level gaming? Will it work for next couple of years, I'll upgrade GPU later.

Plz reply. Thank you

Qualified Vendors List. It is always a good idea to check the list of supported memory module vendors for your specific motherboard.

For M5A78L this is the list: (you didnt say it is M5A78L, but M5A78 - however I cannot find this specific model, so I guess it is this one):
