Thank you everyone here for helping me setup my system. So here are my final specs (using them already now)
Core i5 4460
Corsair vengeance 8Gb(8×1)
Gigabyte H97M-D3H
Sapphire R9 270X with OC boost 2Gb GDDR5
Corsair VS650 650W PSU
Cooler master K380 cabinet
Everything is just perfect..I need ask for some general tips..like things I should in mind now! Any precautions
In any field whether temperature..anything to keep my rig good as new. Or few settings of the graphics card which I should change etc etc etc.

Blow your case out every few months - especially fans, filters and coolers.

Use your motherboard's UEFI (hope you loaded it) to keep an eye on cpu voltage, power supply voltages, fan speeds and cpu temps.

Put on good antivirus software - avast and malwarebytes. And use it - don't go on sites it warns you of, do regular virus scans

Go to Uninstall Programs periodically and get rid of any junk software that you know you don't need

Its a bit too hot. How have you measured it?

If its 30C in the air, it should be less than 40C on idle and less than 50C gaming.

Make sure Vcore is less than 1.20V.

Blow your case out - especially fans, filters and coolers.

Increase your cpu fan speed.
