GPU Possibly Overheating Causing Crashes

I'm tired of posting these threads because I have like 5 of them and I keep on running into the same problem. So the story is that I realised one day that my graphics card was running off 1 fan. This 1 fan is the one near the back of the case and the one near the HDD bays doesn't work (works for 1 second on boot up but turns off after). I have MSI TwinFrozr III 7950 Boost Edition.

One day, my computer kept on crashing SOMETIMES when I play games, not always. What happens is the screen all of the sudden goes black and then the monitor detects no signal. But when that happens is the whole entire PC stays on and I am able to hear and talk with my friends on steam voice chat I had opened before the crash. As I said before my card is running off 1 fan and the one that doesn't work seems to be the one supposed to be cooling the VRMs, people told me. My VRMs at stock video card clocks run at about 60-70 C underload. When the graphics card turbos it tends to run slightly hotter and cause most crashes.

This basically mean that it could be my graphics card being faulty, or is just overheating and crashing. Or it could be my motherboard, cpu, RAM, hard drive, power supply, monitor, DVI cable, etc.

So let's put it this way. I launch Dota 2, start playing for a few minutes and all of the sudden my screen goes black, the monitor says it has no signal, my computer is still on and all the fans (except the one on the gpu which didn't already work) are spinning just fine. The only way I can get out of this is a hard reboot, but it sometimes happens again after the boot.

My specs are:
ASRock Pro3 970 R2.0 - 2200Mhz NB Frequency (I don't know what that is but I'm leaving it here anyways)
FX-8320 at 3.7Ghz (default turbo clock but manually set along with manual voltage of 1.300v)
Deepcool Gammaxx 300 CPU Cooler
2x4GB (8GB total) G.Skill RAM 1600
MSI TwinFrozr III HD Radeon 7950 3GB at stock pre-overclocked frequencies
Western Digital Green HDD (from my old PC because I didn't want to spend money on an SSD)
Corsair CX 600w V2 80+ Bronze
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

I have seen threads similar to this that the solution seems to be to uninstall any programs related to the motherboard since they may cause some problems (only seen these problems with people on ASUS boards yet)

My PC is very dusty and dirty. I am trying to find a way to clean it and it seems to work best if I use compressed air cans, but I am still looking for a pack. My friend says he uses a leaf blower (lol) to clean his computer off the cat hair and dust, but I don't have one and can't afford.

Anyways I hope someone has an answer/solution. If cleaning my graphics card won't fix the fan problem then I will consider returning this card and get it replaced since it is currently under warranty.

I don't think its a BSOD, or is it?
My card runs at a max of 72 C and the VRMs at a max temp of about 74 C.
The BSOD's are completely different as far as I'm concerned.
And the reason why I haven't tried to fix the card is because if i return it i may have to wait and i dont have a spare card, but I can buy a $34 one i say in their store. Replacing card cooler may not be the answer because it may void warranty? And I'm not really good at playing around with gpu coolers

Oh my god. I just ran FurMark for about 30 minutes and noticed something awesome!
For the first 10 minutes the card got really hot, but by that i mean REALLY HOT! The GPU got to a max temp of 82 degrees C!!! And the 2 VRM sensors got 94 degrees C and 89 degrees C!!!
I also took a screenshot to show you here:

After that in about 25 minutes in the fan speed (it was set to auto) reached about 84% and surprisingly the fan that never worked was spinning just fine until the fan speed set itself down a little bit. So i decided to turn up my fan speed manually to 84% and the fans where working perfectly!!! It cooled my whole GPU to a max temp of like 75 degrees C. And the VRMs max of 77 degrees C!!!
Here is another screenshot for this part:

By the end, 30 minutes of intense shit I went through, I got no black screen or BSOD. I turned off my PC completely normally, opened the case and put a fan on it and let the computer cool off. Turned it back on, tried manual fan speeds and set to 84%, didn't work, but turned it up to about 90% and it started spinning. This basically means that the fan must be either really seized up or maybe slightly damaged. Also before the fan started spinning, i heard slight clicking at about 77% fan speed, but when it started to spin as I said at 90%, it stopped clicking.

So what is left to do? Should I take out my GPU and clean it entirely to lubricate the fan (nothing sexual)? Or is something else causing this fan not to spin at low powers.

Also talking about powers, while I was doing the test I saw the clock speeds constantly change from 880Mhz to 960Mhz (non-boosted to boosted and back) so I turned up my power limit to 20+ and I got a constant 960Mhz core clock and the memory clock is always at 1250Mhz (5000Mhz).

The connectors look fine, which is one of the first things I checked before uploading anything. And by lubricate the fan I mean clean off any dusk or hairs that may be stuck on it. It's not rubbing on anything from the outside, but maybe from the inside I will have to take out the graphics card and check. Is it safe to just take out my graphics card for cleaning and putting it back?

Also for some reason I am using a 6-to-8 pin converter cable that came with the card when the direct PSU cable I think is already 8-pin but has 2 pins de-attached

Oh man haha trust me the graphics card is dusty. It's extremely fucking dusty I tell you. Like the fan that works is blowing air literally into a wall of dust covering the heatsink XD. I will try and find compressed air to clean it and swap around the connectors and I'll send you back my results

I cleaned everything, switches around the power connectors, and still the same. No crashes lately but I have to turn my fan speed to 90% to get that other one spinning.
I alsmo manually span both fans and they feel the same
