Is it safe to keep my i7 4790k (at 4.5 Ghz at 1.2 volts and the temps maxing out in the mid 70s after a few hours of Aida64) overclocked? I'm sort of new at overclocking and I'm wondering if it would be safe to keep it at these settings.
Idle temps are about 45 degrees Celsius.
