Run a search of all files for that particular one then delete it if you wish. First,. check the startup options by going from Start to Run and typing msconfig in to the open box. Hit Enter and a form will show up including a StartUp tab. Click that and look for lmmanager in the list. Untick it if it's there. Click Apply and then open eth Services tab. Tick to Hide all Microsoft to shorten the list and see if there's a Service that looks like it relates to lmmanager. If there is, tick to end it. Apply again and OK your way out, restart the computer and tick the Don't show message when it pops up. You don't need to delete the file by then - it's pointless.
