Didnt really look at your links very close but
1ms and 5ms dont go off that it means almost nothing.
and going off color ratios. every company has there own tests there isnt a base test
and 60hz vs 120hz get 120 if you want to do 3d gaming because it will half it to 60hz for each eye.
other than that make sure the reviews are good and get the size you want.

Whats your budget? The best one is the Viewsonic VP2720 but its around $600-700. But its about the best with some of the best out of the box colors and image quality and very decent response time and input lag. Review.

out of just the ones you provided i would say the Dell 2412. If you can find a matt screen alternative to the Samsung with same specs i would say that one.

Dell 2412 has lot of issue like bakclight bleeding, glow, yellow tint and thick AG coat ...but considering Samsung LS24D390HL which has light AG coat and will be same as 2412 i suppose...What do you think about the Samsung LS24D390HL ..Will that be alright

Buy a Dell S2240L. Best VFM ever. I like the Dell ultrasharp series, but at 8500, S2240 is a steal.

Yes, it is glossy. But you won't be bothered by it unless you have a open window behind it. It is not glossy under LED lighting at night.
I have this for my personal gaming PC. I just close the curtains on a very bright day and all is good.

It doesn't have DVI. Only VGA and HDMI. I use a Dell HDMI cable with it.

I also have a BenQ GL2760 inch monitor for my family HTPC and a Dell 19 inch matt finish monitor with my laptop as my workstation.

Dell s2240L has the best picture quality among them. If you can overlook two minor niggles, this is the best.

I extensively play BF4 on-line and COD series. I also played NFS Rivals. I never experienced any ghosting/Lag. This has 7 ms response time which is absolutely ok for any game.

I am one of those guys who refuse to pay double the money for maybe 10% performance gain. For me S2240L is good enough. I also recommend this to all my friends, many of them bought that and all of them are quite happy.

Still, if you want to splurge, there is Dell ultrasharp serious. I personally used one of those last year (it was given to me at my workplace). They are very very very good. But will I spend the extra money for those? No. But that's just me :)

Disclaimer:I am no expert on monitors, I am just sharing my personal experience:)

Edit: It's best to go to a shop and see the monitors and check what suits you best. Then you can order.

Can u compare ur S2240 with Samsung LS24D390HL PLS Panel and tell me who wins in terms of gaming
I considered S2340L earlier, but i read review and people sayiing it is not usable in normal lighing condition and giving serious eye strain...then i considered Dell ultrasarph 2412 but again it has thick AG coat nad people saying it has lot of issue like yellow tint,IPS glow and very thick Ag coat...So ultimately i am going towards the new samsung LS24D390HL PLS Panel which has less agressive matte finish with 5ms Response time costing 12600...Will it be alright...I am using glass..so i think Glossy will be problematic for eye...Pls provide ur opinion and tell me which one among these to buy basically for gaming and movie

Generally I have heard Samsung monitors are pretty good. The one you are planning is pretty good specs on paper and should be good. I would say go to the nearest Reliance or Samsung store and check it out. If you like it, you buy it :)

Sorry, this just slipped from my head. My apologies.

I checked Samsung LS24C350 (only this was available at the showroom) and I would say its good. Its not matte finish, but not as reflective as the S2240L. Picture quality is pretty good too.

If you ask me to choose between the Samsung and the Dell U2412, I would definitely choose the Dell one. But remember the dell is 17K and the Samsung is 13K. Now its your choice. If you can spend the extra, I would recommend the Dell. If not, the Samsung too is a pretty nice monitor.

Dell 2412 I used before. Ag coating is very good, not reflective. Yes, this monitor is thicker and lacks a HDMi port, but for a monitor, Pic quality is all that matters :)
