How to migrate the data from my HD(old) on to Kingston SSD

I bought Kingston SSD 240 GB 2.5". It did not come with any data migration software. I have checked their website and I could not find any help.
Any help from your knowledge/experience is appreciated.

To simply migrate data, just copy it from one to the other.
But... I suspect you mean how to move the os or "C" drive to the new ssd.
If the data will fit on the ssd, use a cloning utility like acronis true image.
