i have a tight budget to assemble a pc my question is that should i buy fx6300 processor with msi R7 260X 2GD5 OC gfx or buy 8320 and wait for a year for a gfx card? is 8320 is worth while waiting or just fx 6300 will perform well on all the games like watchdogs,bf4.gta5 etc at medium settings

Why would you need to wait a year, FX-6300 runs $109 on special and 8320 runs at $140 on special.
If you can wait just a little bit then I would wait to save up the $30 difference for an 8320 and wait and save the $30 difference for an r7-265. That is $60, a 26% price difference, that will give you much more of a computer.

R7 260x is a mid-range GPU. For games like BF4, GTA5 it will do good like FPS around 40-50. FX-6300 is also good.
But I personally recommend FX 8350 with HD7770 for BF4, GTA5 will give u around 70-80 FPS.
But in case of Watchdog, FX 8350 with HD 7850 will be great in Ultra-high settings.

A HD7770 is an R7-260, the 260 replaced the 7770.
A R7-265 like I suggested replaed the 7850 and is a really good step up for the $30 price difference.

FX-6300 will play todays games ok on medium but will hold you back with better gpus, the 8320 with a little overclock does not even bottleneck the top of the line 780 ti.

I know you see everyone on here with their awesome computers here and want to have it today, most all of these people have those computers because they stuck with whatever crap they had until they could save up for the computer they wanted, not what they could buy right now.
