asus pc show green light in motherboard but not start up

hey my pc start with pin in half to power supply 24 pins but not boot

Unplug one memory stick and then the other and see if its your memory. A lot of times the memory isnt plugged in right or its bad and it wont start. Try un connecting things one at a time. until you find the thing preventing it from booting
