Need opinion for my 800 dollars build please.

Solution
Change the motherboard.

For an 8320 or 8350 go with a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P

8+2 phase power, better cooling for the chipset and VRU, LLC and OC friendly BIOS.

Got my FX 6350 to 4.950GHz stable on this board. * Points at sig *

970 chipset only supports 1 PCIe slot at x16. So plan for a single high end GPU instead of crossfire.

You have nice build, still I would recommend few changes as given below.

This is ur build :
Gigabyte AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gbps USB 3.0 ATX
Seagate Desktop HDD 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5"
AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 280 OC 3GB GDDR5
Cooler Master Elite 430 - Mid Tower Computer Case with All-Black Interior
Sentey® Power Supply 750w Modular

Changes
FX 8350 instead of FX 8320
Western Digital Black Caviar 1 TB instead of Seagate 1TB
Cooler Master Elite 330U, as ur MoBo is of ATX form factor.

I wouldn't waste the money on the 8350, 8320 with a light overclock becomes the 8350 in effect. The power supply brand is also a bit off. I would suggest: Corsair, Seasonic, FSP, PC Power and Cooling, and any of the higher (750W+) wattage Rosewill PSUs.

Yes its true that FX 8320 is factory under-clocked version of FX 8350...

You can go for WD Caviar Green 1 TB or WD Caviar Blue 1 TB, see its my personal opinion. I had to suffer a lot with Seagate HDDs.
Else all is good to go... :)
