I already solved this problem but its happening again.
So in the middle of a game the image on my screen would freeze and the sound continues. And i cant Alt+Tab or do any other commands so i need to restart the pc.
Im running the games on an external hd (VERBATIM HD) connected to an USB port.
Pc specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Installed in a SSD
8 GB Ram
Intel Core i3-3240
Nvidia GeForce GT 640 with 2 gb
