Hi i needed some quick advice. My power supply just crapped out and i just need to know what to replace it with. I don't have my comp to get the specs but i remember most so here's what i remember.

motherboard Biostar A880G+

Processor amd quad core

Graphics xfx amd Radeon HD 7770

ram not sure but I have 8gb

hard drive wd blue 7200rpm 1tb

my dead psu epower ep 500

Not sure if i need to tell anything more. The power supply im wanting to get is EVGA 600 B it's a 600w psu.

I'm on my phone right now or else id post links. Maybe i can just type in the link to the psu i want.

Will this be compatible? I'm pretty sure it is, I've looked at the number of pins and specs from the old psu and this one. i just want to make sure before i buy it. I mostly play WoW, the sims 3 and some other games that are not really graphic intense, like rts and stuff like skyrim. The computer was built by a friend about 3 years ago so I could upgrade parts as it aged instaed of buying a new one. Ive had to put thermal paste on the cpu once since then and i replaced the hard drive to a larger one a couple weeks ago.

Alright thanks for any help.

Thanks guys since the evga is compatible I'll probably get that. I'm gonna upgrade my graphic card this year so the 600w will be needed and since I'm replacing the psu now i might as well get more wattage to get ready for the graphic replacement.
