Only thing I'd add...if you could stretch the budget a bit further, or trim a few bucks somewhere else... I'd add an SSD for your boot drive. Like a Samsung 840 EVO 120gb and just put windows on the SSD, everything else on the HD.

Anything over about $1200 and I expect to see an SSD boot drive.

I'd probably go with G.Skill for RAM, and Windows 7. But those are my personal preferences. Looks good. I think you'll be happy with that build. :)
