HDMI Switch and Converter?

Following a moment of stupidity I bought a new graphics card without properly checking the connectivity. I have two VGA-only monitors, the graphics card has two DVI ports (one DVI-D and one DVI-I) an HDMI and a display port. I forgot that only one of the DVI ports would work without an active adapter with my VGA monitors, so I am looking for a converter. I have found several, but in an attempt not to be stupid again, and reduce the clutter on my desk slightly, I wondered if it is possible to get a switch that could take several HDMI inputs and convert to a single VGA output which could be changed as desired (I want to connect a Raspberry Pi, and possibly a PS3 in addition to my PC to one of the monitors).

I have searched in several locations but so far with no luck, I suspect that such a thing doesn't exist, but thought I would ask to see if anyone knew of such a thing, or if I will have to use a couple of devices to achieve my goal.

Cheers, Dave.

Thanks for the help guys. In the end I took a punt on the PiFace (it's HDMI to VGA adapter designed for the Raspberry Pi) and it is working perfectly so far, not bad given it cost less than £20. I have just received a small 3 port HDMI switch which I now have to try out and see if it works. I was quite concerned that any solution might have cost more than the monitor, as it turns out, I think for both the switch and the converter total price (including shipping) is just over £25, and my pride. On the positive side, I have learned quite a lot in the process.
