Not sure what you mean by "refreshed".

Look in Device Manager, if everything is listed present and correct with no error symbols, and everything works as it should, there's no need to reinstall any mobo drivers.

If you reinstalled Windows by running Factory Recovery, again no need to reinstall any mobo drivers.

However, if you reinstalled vanilla Windows from a Microsoft disc, you will need to reinstall all the mobo drivers.
