Basically, when in game (CSG0) my resolution is different from narrative. I won't change it, period. If i have a stream on my 2nd screen (my tv) the size of the stream goes smaller when my game is up on 1st screen. I've changed my resolution of my 2nd screen to the same as my narrative of my 1st screen, but no such luck. Any ideas?

When a game runs full screen another application can't also be fullscreen (or get minimized). If you set your game to be either run in a window or borderless window then the other applications should be able to still be able to run. The problem here is if you don't run the game at the same resolution as your desktop then it won't scale, it will just be smaller on the screen.
