Somebody please help me out with a Graphics Card

I have this Dell Inspiron 530s 32 bit PC (Windows 7) which is currently running on a 2 GB RAM. Processor is Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz, 2200 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 2 Logical Processor(s). I don't know whether it is safe to upgrade with any graphics card or is there any compatibility issue with the motherboard?

Any help in this matter is much appreciated.

Given the specs on Dell's website about your computer, it should be fine to upgrade the GPU, just make sure that the case can handle the size of the GPU and that it fits within the specs of your 250W PSU.
