Hello I'm building a gaming pc which I will be using for browsing as well as the odd Microsoft word and excel

The games I will be playing
Fps (future fallout 4 ,)
Minecraft
Mmo like elite dangerous
I play lots of other games as well like total war and sims stuff like that

So my questions are.
is this a good build?
Is there a high chance of bottleneck?
Are fans and power supply good enough?

I also need help on which graphics card to get I would like to play on the highest setting possible but don't really want to spend over £150 if I have to but am open if it's worth the extra pounds

here is a edit of your build I've given it a real good makeover, im not gonna say any pros and cons, the build was a bit too mobo and cooler heavy, it's more even, the gpu is the most expensive thing on the plate because from one producer to another, cuda is good and the 760 is a good substitute and yeah, the sdd is no where as important as needing 265gb so a 128gb is good enough down the middle, I think that this reccomendation is what you will want!

Have you considered an Intel build? For most things, an i5 will outperform the FX, and/or use a lot less power (since it looks like you are planning on a high overclock).
I'm not going to belabor that; AMD FX is a competent chip. You might look at the FX-8320 though, which can often reach the same speeds, but costs less.
Of critical importance, your build lacks a video card! To be consistent with the rest of your build, I'd suggest nothing less than a R9 270X or GTX760; any stronger depends on your budget.
The fans are fine, but you'll want a better PSU, such as XFX. The Corsair "CX" line was built using some inferior Samxon capacitors that can't take heat and tend to fail early.
By definition, every computer ever built has a "bottleneck."

You have the wrong approach to PC building. Since you are making a gaming PC, it makes absolutely no sense to spend 250 pounds on motherboard and cooling and only 150 on a video card. If you are doing a PC for content creation and productivity - where CPU matters more - then it would have been good. I guess you would like to spend around 900 pounds. Something like:

As i've been repeating on many posts, i no longer recommend AM3+ platform because is a dead socket. AMD is no longer focusing on it, so you'll be stock with it unable to upgrade in the future.

For budget gaming i recommend AMD Athlon 760K, but for these build you should go with Intel LGA 1150 platform. Check these Core i5-4460 4-core, for gaming it may perform even better than the 8-core FX-8350 thanks to its stronger IPC.

Also, it runs cooler than the FX, so you could save the money for the cooler.

For the motherboard, here is one with the Z97, OC capable, compatible with the upcoming Broadwell CPUs (5th gen Core i).

From that you can go with an R9 290 or GTX 770.

I'm pretty sure the Intel Core i5-4460 would run cooler and use less power than the AMD FX-8320/8350 series.

If you do end up getting the AMD FX-8350, please get the FX-8320 as it can achieve the same speeds as the FX-8350 via overclocking.
