Well I'm gonna buy my dream i5 computer at last this week or the next. I Have my old q6600 left over and also 4 gigs of ram and an hd 6670. So I want a good overclockable mobo for my c2q q6600 so that I can experiment on this reserve computer. And it should support ddr3. Currently I have a dg35ec mobo. Suggestions on good cpu coolers are also needed. thanks in advance.

Also it would be better if te e-commerce sites from which I can purchase the mobo has payment option in INR.

Since LGA 775 socket motherboards are obsolete, you won't be able to pick and choose like you would for more modern boards that are still manufactured. Newegg has a few left, but none are what you'd call great OC'ing boards.

You'll probably have to search around ebay and see what is for sale. Then check back if you want an opinion on it. Look for one with solid caps and good-sized heat sinks over the north/south bridge chipsets. Asus, Gigabyte, Asrock... just name a few that are usually good boards.

After searching a lot I found this: http://www.ebay.in/itm/Intel-Desktop-Board-DX38BT-motherboard-LGA775-Socket-Part-Number-BOXD-/271536375619?pt=IN_Computer_Components&hash=item3f38d44743&_uhb=1
IS it good??
Also will 1600 mhz ram work on it at 1333 mhz??
Bcoz rated freq is 1333.

It's probably comparable to what you have now. It doesn't have solid caps or a heat sinked north and south bridge. It definitely is not "a good overclockable mobo" as you put it. I can't vouch for an Intel board. Several Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, Asrock, ECS, and Biostar boards are the ones I've built with.
