CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT connections not working

Last few days PC has been crashing, Think I have found the problem as the cpu fan (well pump it is a Kracken x40) has stopped spinning.

I tried plugging in a fan I know works and neither connector works.

I have plugged the cpu fun in to a system fan connection for now so that it is working but it's not ideal.

I have updated the bios and cleared the comms but it has not resolved the issue.

Any suggestions?

If no damaged parts, it seems that possible some chips will need a replacement.
Like As324 or even Multi I/O

P.S. As solution you can change your cpu cooler to Silent_Cpu_Cooler and be happy.
