So basically I have a laptop running windows 8.1, when ever I was to restart it wants to update. I click it and it starts doing its restarting. I wait a bit. After the laptop restarts I am not grated with finalizing updates but with a black screen. So I hold the power button down to turn it off, when it comes back on it gets the "Please Wait" with a cancel. Cancel does not work... I have this on my desktop already so that is one problem solved (taskkill /f /im restoreoptin.exe). I hope I could find a solution to both of those.
