I have a ASUS Maximus VI Formula Motherboard and I need help updating my BIOS because Im having some Freezing Problems when Im trying to play games on my newly built machine. I have a fresh install of Windows Home Premium Ed. 64bit and running two EVGA Geforce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked video cards and every time I run a game it will Hard Freeze after a few minutes and I cannot figure out why its doing so and have tried everything to remedy this except update my motherboard BIOS. I have downloaded the drivers but I cant install them using Windows. Can someone please walk me through the process of updating the BIOS so that I can understand it? I might have put this thing together but some things I just cant get.

I have a EVGA 1000 Supernova G2 Power Supply so I dont think thats it. I could be wrong however I was told before I bought all my gear that the power supply would be a good one and enough to carry the load.

Im in the process of trying to find some software that will help me tell that. Do you have any suggestions? I have never really had a computer that had a good enough Video Card or problems where Temp was a issue so I dont know much about that or the software
